Speakers & Subwoofers – These items do not carry a warranty

Amplifiers & Head Units – These items carry the manufacturer’s normal warranty of 3 to 6 months if installed by a professional installer. We do not swop out faulty equipment but send it back to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. If the claim is approved the unit will be repaired. This turnaround time is generally 14 to 21 working days.

LED Lights and HID Kits – These items do not carry a warranty. It is however recommended that the installation is done by a professional installer.

Note if a product is incorrectly supplied, we will collect the incorrectly supplied product and then send the correct one. If the product is out of stock or unavailable, the customer will be contacted to decide on an alternative product or a full refund minus the transaction fees (if applicable).
